Montrose Cricket Club

I just read about Nunawading FC and their meeting about what the club should do.
firstly Im amazed that at this stage of the season no one will take on the exceuitve positions on the committee. I spose thats because Id be the first to say if the club need something id do it. I do commend them for being honest some clubs are on the brink of closure or owe plenty but still go on as tho nothing is wrong. The EFL must run a tight ship for this to be noticed by them.

Would you come to party so to speak if your club needed you? Both on and off field? Give back to the club some work for the enjoyment, success and friendships its given you?

Would you opt to drop a division in the hope of some success and maybe not too much heartache.
Would you ride it out in the division that you in. 
Would you go all out and get everyone of your mates to play with you and drink a beer or 4 on Thursdays and Saturdays and support the club in any way you could. 

How would you challenge the situation they are in and have no juniors at the club and haven't had for a long time by the sounds of it?

What would you do? How would you handle this?
Would you walk away saying its too hard and go play at the club down the road?
If you lived close by or played there years ago would you go to them and say "Im here how can I help"
On the other end of the scale if you club was one of the ones approached to go up a division without a premiership how would you vote?

I couldn't relate to this at Monnas as to me the club is a strong unit we do what needs to be done and do our bit but im sur there has been some hard times like the ones the Nunnawading FC are going thru in our history.
